Paul Hussey Swims the Channel!

On the 20th June 2010, Paul Hussey and 5 others completed a marathon swim from Dover to Calais in a relay team called ‘Team Outrageous – Channel No. 5’.
Battling strong currents in water at 14C, It took 16 hrs 36 mins to complete but they did it! The tide was against them, taking nearly 5 hrs to swim the last 3 miles!
Paul’s marathon swim was completed in aid of Muscular Dystrophy, raising funds for this incurable illness. On completing the exhausing swim, Paul said "a big thank you to all that have kindly sponsored and supported me".
