Our team of engineers and support staff are the foundation of what we are able to deliver for our Clients.
We attract the most talented engineers to join us and develop skill levels of existing staff to enable them to aspire to more senior roles within the practice.
The areas of expertise expected of a Consulting Engineer has widened in the last two decades. Legislation, Energy, Sustainability, Low Carbon Design and Renewables are increasingly important today and we have groups of engineers focusing on each of these specialism’s.
We are not reacting; we are leading the way in influencing the approach to new technologies.
Recently we have been instrumental in influencing the British Council for Offices to publish new guidelines resulting in an increase in the internal office set point temperatures to 24°C resulting in substantial energy savings.
We are similarly campaigning for legislation to focus more on carbon reduction and not rely solely on renewable technologies. This initiative is being driven by "Our People".
