  • Acquisition Surveys - The purchaser needs to be sure of the viability of the building and its services, which represent a major element of the investment.

  • Vendor Survey - For owners wishing to dispose of properties our survey generates a reliable report for inclusion in the vendor's letting pack.

  • Dilapidations Survey - Working for either the landlord or tenant, we schedule the works required at lease end in compliance with the terms of the lease. This may simply be a visual inspection, or could include specialist testing of parts or entire systems, to identify possible hidden defects or faults.

  • Asset Surveys - Services assets are an essential part of a building's value and are a significant ongoing cost liability. Our surveys produce comprehensive schedules of all services assets and include a commentary on age, longevity and predicted replacement cost to support investment and objective maintenance decisions.
